The short version. We collect what we need to get your order to you and nothing else. We do not sell your details to anybody, and we do not message you unless you ask us to.
What we collect
- Your name, delivery address and phone number, so the courier can reach you.
- Your email address, if you give us one, so we can send order updates.
- What you ordered and what you paid.
- Your WhatsApp number, only if you ask to be told when something is back in stock.
If you pay by card, the payment is handled by the payment provider and the card details never reach us.
Why we use it
- To pack your order and get it delivered.
- To answer you when you message us about an order.
- To handle a return or a refund.
- To tell you a piece is back in stock, if you asked to be told.
Who else sees it
Only the people who need it to complete your order. That means the courier carrying your parcel, the payment provider if you paid by card, and the platform this website runs on. We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone, for any reason.
Messages
We message you about your order because you placed one. Anything beyond that, such as a restock alert, only happens if you asked for it, and you can tell us to stop at any time by replying to the message.
Cookies
This site uses cookies to keep your basket working and to understand which pages people visit. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though the basket may stop working properly if you do.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounts and returns. If you ask us to delete your details and there is no order still open, we will.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us through the contact page and we will sort it out.
If anything here changes, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
