How Rabt works

Every piece is chosen one at a time rather than ordered in bulk. It is checked before it goes in the box, and packed here in Pakistan.

The materials are listed on every product page, so you know exactly what you are getting before you order rather than after it arrives.

Before it reaches you

The bit nobody photographs

Every piece gets looked at before it is packed. The clasp is opened and closed a few times, the stones get pressed to check they are properly set, and anything with lifting on the finish is put aside. It is not complicated but it catches most of what goes wrong.

If something is out of stock the listing says so. We will not quietly send a different piece and hope it passes.

Care

Making it last

Most of the damage to jewellery like this comes from perfume, water, and being left loose in a drawer. None of the below is difficult and it makes a real difference.

  1. Put your jewellery on last, after perfume, lotion and hairspray have dried.
  2. Take it off before you wash, swim, shower or sleep.
  3. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing, to lift off skin oils.
  4. Store each piece in its pouch so nothing rubs against anything else.
  5. Keep it away from heat and damp. A closed drawer beats a bathroom shelf.
Cash on delivery

Pay when the parcel reaches you, anywhere in Pakistan. Nothing to arrange in advance and no card needed.

3 to 5 working days

Dispatched the next working day and tracked to your door. Remote areas can take a little longer.
